ABOUT THE AUTHORS

George B. Hudson was born into a family that included five brothers and two sisters. near Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1947. He was raised by a Baptist minister and wife in East Tennessee where he developed a love for the mountains and streams of the area. His writing centers around the area where he grew up with the focal points being this same area. Later in his life his mother inspired him to write and he developed a love of writing and research. After spending thirty years teaching he retired and began to write. He has written both fiction and nonfiction and presently has these three fiction works on the market. The first novel, Purple Haze, has been developed into a screenplay and will soon appear as a movie. George and Dana are living in Cleveland, Tennessee and are enjoying their retirement. George is presently working on a sequel of his last book, New Moon Murders, and a sequel to Shep's Adventures.

Dana Hudson was born and grew up in the Southwest section of Philadelphia and the south end of New Jersey. She had always dreamed of living in the south. In 2000 her dream came trye when she moved to Tennessee. She and her husband, George, have six children, thirteen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. Throughout her life Dana wrote many short stories. It wasn't until 2018 that she finally started writing actual books. So far, she has written three fictional stories. Her first book, In Search of the Forest Children, was published is 2023 and earned a five star rating on the Amazon/Kindle website. It is Dana's hope that her other two books, Insanity and The Jazz Odyssey, will be published soon. She is also in the process of writing a fourth book which will be named Oh, To Be Loved.
